agreement of counsel as to the fee of the Court-appointed Guardian             Ad   Litem, Alfred   W.   Ellis



(SBN 06560000)      in connection with his representation       of the minor(s). The Court approves the


agreed upon fee in the amount of $8,000.00 ($3,000 of which             is   for trust preparation),   which


includes attorney’s fees for 15 hours billed at an hourly rate of $350.00. Said fee will be paid by


Defendants directly t0 the Guardian   Ad     Litem.
