COMES NOW, the Plaintiffby and through its undersigned counsel and files this its Motion for
Telephonic Appearance at the Hearing and as grounds therefore would show the Court as follows:
1 The Hearing has been set for November 5", 2018 at 10:00am EST before this Honorable
Court.
2. Plaintiff's counsel is located in Miami-Dade and does not have any offices in this
County.
3. It would be unduly burdensome and would cause financial hardship for the Plaintiffs
attorneys to send one of its representatives to BROWARD County to participate in the Hearing.
4. Plaintiff requests that this court allow Plaintiff's Attorney to appear at the Hearing by
telephone.
3 Any party wishing to object to the granting of this motion shall do so within ten days of the
date of this motion. Such objections shall be served on all opposing parties and the court.
6. Plaintiff's counsel certifies that the hearing on this matter will be 15 minutes or less,
as set out by the rules governing the setting of telephonic hearings under the Florida Rules of Judicial
Administration.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court grant its Motion for Telephonic
