               ORDER ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT

                THIS    CAUSE came before the                  Court on January 4,2023, on Defendant, Village of Gulfstream

      Park, LLC's, ("GulfstreamPark") Motion for Partial                            Summary Judgment (the"Motion"). The Court

      having reviewed the Motion, having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fullyadvised in

      the premises,it is hereby:


                    ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
               1.   The Court   defers rulingon the             Motion and continues the hearing to allow       Plaintiff to   depose

      one or more of the following three witnesses: (1) the corporate representativeof Gulfstream Park; (2)

      Alan Shaw; and (3) Colin Chapin.

               2.   Within 48 hours, Gulfstream Park                shall     provide Plaintiff with two available dates within the

      next thirtydays for the depositionof Gulfstream Park's Corporate Representativeand Colin Chapin.

               3.   Defendant   shall reset the   hearing on the Motion to occur in 45 days.
