having reviewed the Motion, and otherwise being duly advised in the premises,it is hereby:

1. that Plaintiff has conducted

all non-privilegeddocuments in its possession and control responsiveto Defendant's First Request for
Production, Plaintiff withdraws its generalobjectionswhich apply to every request and withdraws its
specificobjectionsto Request Numbers 1-4, 10, and 22, with the exceptionof its objectionson the
basis o f privilegefor which Plaintiff will produce a privilegelog as set forth in paragraph 3 below.
2. Plaintiffis only withholdingdocuments on the basis of privilege.
3. Plaintiff will produce a privilegelog to Defendant within 20 days. Plaintiff will log all
responsiveprivilegeddocuments up until the date that the Complaint was filed on August 24,2021.
4. The hearing set for January 11, 2023 at 3:00 pm is canceled.
