      ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AND MOTION FOR
                               IN CAMERA REVIEW


          THIS        CAUSE      came before      the Court on               December 7, 2022, on Plaintiff,Strike X, LLC's

                 Motion for Order
      ("Plaintiff')                          to   Show Cause             directed to Defendant, Village at Gulfstream Park,          LLC

      ("Gulfstream") and Motion for In-Camera Review (the "Motions"). The Court having reviewed the

      Motions, having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fullyadvised in the premises, it                                 is



      hereby:

                     ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
                1.   The Court   defers rulingon Plaintiff's             Motion     for   Order to Show Cause.

                2.   With respect   to the   Motion        for In    Camera Review,           the partiesshall meet-and-confer on or

      before    December    31, 2022, to attempt to resolve the issues related to Gulfstream's relevance objections

      and the Defendant's assertion of privilegewith respect                        to the   documents produced by non-party, Alan

      Shaw,     in response to the   Subpoena Duces Tecum dated                     May    13, 2022.

                3.   The partiesshall schedule                        one hour hearing in
                                                          a special-set                                which the Court   will conduct an


      in-camera review of the documents withheld by Gulfstream on the basis of privilege. Prior to the


      hearing,Plaintiff may select a sampling of documents withheld by Gulfstream on the basis of privilege

      for the   Court to review and Gulfstream shall tender those documents to the Court priorto the hearing.
