COME NOW, Cynthia Washington, Plaintiff, in the above entitled and numbered action
and make this her Motion for Scire Facias substitution, and for good cause would show the
following:
Named Defendant Joseph Benjamin Warren died on August 18, 2022. The proposed
administrator/heir to the Estate of Joseph Benjamin Warren is Todd Warren. Therefore, Todd
Warren, 14140 Midway Road, Suite 205, Dallas, Texas 75244 would be an appropriate personal
representative of the Estate of Defendant, Joseph Benjamin Warren.
WHEREFORE PREMISES CONSIDERED, Plaintiff moves this Court to issue a Writ of
Scire Facias appointing TODD WARREN as the administrator/heir to the Estate of John
Benjamin Warren.
