        Court's Trial Order hereby identifies          its   expert witness as follows:

                  Mr. Medeiros     isexpected to provide expert testimony based on his inspectionof the
                  insureds' property and his findings/conclusions/recommendations   therefrom including,
                  but not limited to: the cause and originof the claimed damages; the repairability
                                                                                                  of the
                  subjectroof; the applicationof the Florida Building Code; and, any rebuttal of expert
                  testimony offered by Plaintiff. Mr. Medeiros testimony will also be based on all
                  documents and photographs he reviews in relation to this claim. Further, Mr. Medeiros
                  may authenticate certain documents to the extent possibleon Olympus' exhibit list. Mr.
                  Medeiros       Will       also     testify       regarding      any       and       all

                  findings/conclusions/recommendations/photographs/  documents/or any other information
                  contained in the attached report. Mr. Medeiros's CV is attached.


                  Universal reserves the rightto             amend and/or supplement this Expert Witness           List as

                  discovery is   still ongoing.
