Plaintiff, HODGES BROTHERS, INC., pursuant to Rule 1.070, Florida Rules of Civil
Procedure, as made applicable herein, moves this Honorable Court to constitute and appoint Tim
Hill and Mark Migliaccio of MetroLink, Inc., P.O. Box 93325, Albuquerque, NM 87199, to serve
process in Bernalillo County in the state of New Mexico in the above cause. Tim Hill and Mark
Migliaccio, are authorized to serve process in the State of New Mexico, are over the age of twenty-
one (21) years and are disinterested parties to this action.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, HODGES BROTHERS, INC., respectfully requests that Tim Hill
and Mark Migliaccio of MetroLink, Inc. be appointed for the purpose of serving process upon.
Defendant, PATRICIA STELZNER, as Trustee of the CLARDY A. MALUGEN FAMILY
TRUST, and for such further and other relief as this Court deems just and proper.
