THIS MATTER came before the Court upon the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for
Defendant, GAIL STEDRONSKY BOVE, as Trustee of the CLARDY A. MALUGEN FAMILY
TRUST (“Motion”) filed on February 21, 2022. The Court, having reviewed the court file and
being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. The Motion is GRANTED.
2. Attorney Juliane M. Brumbaugh, Esq., Michael A. Nardella, Esq. and the law firm
of Nardella & Nardella, PLLC, are hereby allowed to withdraw as counsel of record for the
Defendant.
3. Defendant shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this Order to procure new
representation in this matter.
4. Until otherwise notified, all pleadings, orders and other documents served in this
case are directed to be served upon the Defendants at the following: Gail Stedronsky Bove, as
