filed a Motion to Dismiss in this matter but neither party has set the Motion for hearing or
furthered the case to put the pleadings at issue for Trial.
IF EITHER PARTY FAILS TO APPEAR, THE COURT SHALL ENTER A DISMISSAL
OR A DEFAULT, absent good cause shown. The pending Motion to Dismiss shall be heard at
the show cause hearing unless the hearing is cancelled by the Court.
