Defendantserved the following discovery requests to Plaintiffs on June 23, 2021: (i) Defendant'sFirst Set of Interrogatories to Plaintiffs; and, (ii) Defendant'sFirst Request for Production to Plaintiffs. 2. The responses to the Defendant'sdiscovery requests were accordingly due on July 23, 2021. 3. No responses, objections, or motions for extension were filed by Plaintiffs to Defendant'sdiscovery requests. 4. Defendant is entitled to an Ex-Parte Order compellingcompliance with the original discovery request within ten (10) days ofthe execution of this Order. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS AND ADJUDGES as follows: 1.
