One (1) payment of $68.70, on or before August 15, 2027; and The Payments shall be made via good funds, wire, check(s), or any other mutually Express" acceptable payment method and made payable to "American and delivered to Doyle & Hoefs, LLC at 2043 Springwood Road, York, PA 17403 so as to be received on or before their respective due date(s). IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, that in the event of default in Payments, the Plaintiff may enter judgment without further notice for the relief demanded in the complaint, plus costs, pursuant to CPLR §3215(i), or any other means available, which Defendant hereby consents to, less any amounts received hercüñder.
