IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the Plaintiff and Defendant
appearing herein, that the above entitled action, for American Express National Bank account
ending in 1006 is settled for the sum of $5,318.70. The sum of $5,318.70 ("Settlement Sum")
shall be paid to Doyle & Hoefs, LLC as follows (the "Payments"):
1. Seventy (70) consecutive monthly payments of $75.00 each, commencing on or befon:
October 15, 2021 and continuing on or before the 15th day of each consecutive month
thereafter, through and including July 15, 2027; and
2. One (1) payment of $68.70, on or before August 15, 2027; and
The Payments shall be made via good funds, wire, check(s), or any other mutually

acceptable payment method and made payable to "American and delivered to Doyle &
Hoefs, LLC at 2043 Springwood Road, York, PA 17403 so as to be received on or before their
respective due date(s).
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, that in the event of default in
Payments, the Plaintiff may enter judgment without further notice for the relief demanded in the
complaint, plus costs, pursuant to CPLR §3215(i), or any other means available, which
Defendant hereby consents to, less any amounts received hercüñder.
