PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR CONTINUING WRIT OF GARNISHMENT
COMES NOW Plaintiff, CAVALRY SPV I, LLC, by and through its undersigned attorney,
pursuant to Florida Statute Section 77.0305, moves this Honorable Court for the issuance of a
Continuing Writ of Garnishment and in support states:
1 Plaintiff obtained a Judgment against Defendant on July 21, 2022 in the amount of
$964.55, which is still due and owing with a legal interest rate of 5.52%.
2 The Plaintiff's records indicate that the Judgment has accumulated interest and the
judgment balance has grown to $986.83 which is still due and owing.
3 Plaintiff believes Defendant is employed by Garnishee who is indebted to Defendant.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that a Continuing Writ of Garnishment be
issued against Garnishee.
