Court upon a complaint of the above named plaintiff against the above named defendants for the
foreclosure of the mortgage(s) set forth below, to compel the discharge of a mortgage lien and under
Article 15 of the New York Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law for the discharge of a
mortgage lien, by virtue of the following mortgage(s):
Mortgage from Diane E. Knight a/k/a Diane Knight, dated April 5, 2005, in the original principal
amount of $340,000.00, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Delaware on April
20, 2005 in Liber 1242 of Mortgages at page 161 ("Mortgage").
Said Mortgage was assigned by an Assignment of Mortgage executed on March 18, 2015 and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Delaware on March 24, 2015 in Book 1969 at
page 168.

described in "Schedule A - Legal Description" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The Clerk of the County of Delaware, is directed to index this Notice against the names
of all the Defendant(s).
