THEREFORE, you are hereby commanded t0 seize, levy upon and advertise the sale as under execution,
each 0f said tracts 0f land, and sell the same t0 the highest bidder for cash as under execution. Pursuant t0 the
provisions 0f Sections 33.50 and 34.01 0f the Texas Property Tax Code, the property may be sold t0 a taxing unit
any other person, other than a person owning an interest in the property 0r any party
that is a party t0 the suit 0r t0
t0 the suit that is not a taxing unit, for the market value 0f the property stated in the judgment 0r the aggregate
amount 0f the judgments against the property, whichever is less. The property may not be sold t0 a person owning
an interest in the property 0r t0 a person who is a party t0 the suit other than a taxing unit unless (1) that person
is the highest bidder at the tax sale, and (2) the amount bid by that person is equal to or greater than the aggregate
amount of the judgments against the property, including all costs of suit and sale. The adjudged value(s) of the
