STIPULATION
Plaintiff and Defendant enter into this Stipulation and agree that
Defendant owes Plaintiff the following: Principal $2,515.63, Interest $474.36,
Court Costs $370.00, Attorney Fees $900.00 for a total of $4,259.99.
1. That the Defendant agrees to pay to the Plaintiff the sum of $125.00
on or before October 1,2021, and $125.00 on or before the 1st day of each month
thereafter until paid in full. Payments will first be applied to interest,
principal, court costs, attorney fees and then NSF Fees (if applicable).
2. In the event the Defendant in this cause does not adhere to this
Agreement in full force and effect, the Defendant agrees that a Final Judgment
may be applied for from the Court, without further notice to the Defendant as
said Defendant has been so advised, and the Plaintiff will be entitled to all of
the amounts remaining due, including Court costs, reasonable attorney's fees and
interest as set forth in the original Complaint.
3. The Defendant agrees to make payments to Rolfe & Lobello, P.A., Post
Office Box 4400, Jacksonville, Florida, 32201-4400 or at www.rolfelaw.com (using
the file number: 20211688).
4. Plaintiff reserves the right to accept late and partial payments
without waiving its rights under the terms of this agreement.
