             INC. , a Florida Non-Profit Corporation, is not now, nor has been within a period of thirty (30) days immediately
             prior to this date,   a member of the military services of the United States; has not been ordered to report for
             military service or for induction into the military service of the United States; and is not now “a person in the
             military service"     "a person in the military service of the United States” as those terms are defined in by the
             Act of Congress entitled Soldiers' and Sailors’ Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended.
