Plaintiff, DIEZ by and throughundersignedcounsel, and hereby
files this Motion to Compel Discovery and in support of states:
1. On May 6, 2021, the Plaintiff, PEDRO DIEZ, propounded upon Defendants, CARLOS
YEPEZ RODRIGUEZ and TAMA CORPORATION their First Set of Interrogatories
and
First Request for Production.
2. To date, Defendants have not provided Verified Answers to Plaintiff's First Set of
and Responses
Interrogatories to Plaintiff's First Request for Production.
3. Plaintiff requests this Court order the Defendants to provide responses to outstanding
discoverywithin twenty (20)days.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff request this Court enter an Order compelling the Defendants to
provide Verified Answers to Plaintiff's First Set of Interrogatories
and Responses to Plaintiff's
First Request for Production within twenty (20) days.
