Dear Sir/Madam:
Please be advised that we represent Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for
CMLTI 2007-AR1, in the above-referenced matter. Plaintiff had a foreclosure sale scheduled for
January 7, 2020. The sale was cancelled due to the defendant filing chapter 13 bankruptcy on
January 6, 2020, under case number r 8:2020bk70091. The defendant bankruptcy case was
dismissed on February 21, 2020 and closed on March 9, 2020, and there are no pending
bankruptcies. Plaintiff is now ready and able to proceed with rescheduling a foreclosure sale for
this matter.
If you need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Very truly yours,
Anthony Risalvato, Esq.
