Plaintiff, Hegwood Group, LP, files this Notice of Non-Suit with regard to
Defendant and would respectfully show this Court the following:
I.
Pursuant to Rule 162 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff hereby gives
notice of non—suit of its claims asserted in this case against Defendant.
II.
Defendant has filed a Notice of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, Case Number 23-80000-
11, and therefore Plaintiff desires to take a non-suit with regard to Defendant in this
matter.
III.
Pursuant to Rule 162 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff requests the
Court to sign an order of nonsuit on all Plaintiff’s claims against Defendant, Sunland
Medical Foundation d/ b/ a Trinity Regional Hospital Sachse, without prejudice.

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Plaintiff prays that the CouIt take
notice of this Non-Suit and sign an order, dismissing this cause as to Defendant, Sunland

right of Plaintiff to re-file same at its own cost.
