Dear Judge Polansky:
As you may be aware, I represent the interests of Defendant, Irrgang's Towing, and
Defendant, Wm. Paul Irrgang, dba Paul's Towing, in regards to the above matter. The matter is
currently scheduled for a Case Management Conference before Your Honor on August 2, 2022. My
office was provided with a notice of said conference pursuant to my representation of both
Defendants.
On October 3, 2021 Plaintiff, through its counsel, filed a Stipulation of Dismissal without
Prejudice as to both of my clients. (See copy of same attached hereto). Until such time as an
application is made to reinstate or refile the matters against my clients, it is my position, on behalf
of my clients, that no matter is currently pending against them and they should not be expected to
appear or participate in the pending conference.
Based upon the above, it is requested that my appearance on their behalf at the Case
Management Conference be excused.

Towing now hereby dismisses without prejudice the cause of action as to said defendants.
