CONTINUING WRIT OF GARNISHMENT AFTER JUDGMENT
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. , by and through its undersigned counsel moves
this Court to issue a Continuing Writ of Garnishment pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 77.0305 against the above-named
Garnishee and as grounds therefore alleges that:
1. A Final Judgment was entered in favor of Plaintiff against the Defendant, TIMOTHY JAMES
SHAULIS, on July 30, 2021 in the amount of $26,119.40.
2. As of August 26, 2022, Defendant remains indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of $25667.90.
3. To the best of Plaintiff’s information and belief Defendant does not have in his/ her possession visible
property upon which a levy can be made sufficient to satisfy the said judgment.
4. To the best of Plaintiff’s information and belief Garnishee has in said Garnishee’s hands, possession
or control salary or wages of Defendant.
5. Plaintiff respectfully moves this court for the issuance of a Continuing Writ of Garnishment against
the above-named Garnishee who the undersigned has reason to believe has in its hands, possession
or control salary or wages of Defendant.
