MOTION FOR FINAL JUDGMENT
Plaintiff, GEICO GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY a/s/o ROI JAHANSMEYER,
shows the Court that Defendant, GREGORY POE, ORe, after having been
served with a Summons and Complaint, failed to plead or otherwise
respond thereto and Default was duly entered on May 15, 2018; and that
this is an action for damages in the amount of $44,154.76, being the
amount expended by Plaintiff to repair its insured’s vehicle and for
its insured’s bodily injuries, as is evidenced by the proofs herein
submitted, plus prejudgment interest in the amount of $411.85 and the
costs incurred in the amount of $455.00.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff moves the Court to enter a Final Judgment
against the Defendant for damages in the amount of $44,154.76, plus
prejudgment interest and the costs of bringing this action.
