counsel for Defendant, City of Tampa in this cause of action, and the court being satisfied that all

conditions for substitution and withdrawal of counsel under Rule 2.505 have been met, it
therefore
ORDERED and Adjudged that attorney Scott Stigall is hereby substituted as counsel for
Defendant City of Tampa in this cause of action, and attorney Robin Horton-Silverman is
authorized to withdraw as counsel for Defendant City of Tampa effective immediately, and shall
be relieved of all future obligations in this matter. Service of this Order shall serve as notice to all
parties of the substitution and withdrawal of legal counsel for Defendant without further action.
