Currently pending before the Court is Defendant Helmerich & Payne International
Drilling Co.’s (“HPIDC) Motion to Dismiss Under Rule 215.2(b) and its Traditional and No-
Evidence Motion for Summary Judgment. Having considered the Motion, the applicable
law, and all other supporting and opposing papers, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion
should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that HPIDC’s Motion is GRANTED and that all claims
asserted against HPIDC by Jerry’s Rentals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
