Dear Judge Vena:

     We are in receipt of Mr. Mazie’s July 16, 2021 letter
requesting a conference pursuant to Rule 4:103-3. Only cases that
have been specifically included in the Complex Business Litigation
Program (“CBLP”) are subject to the CBLP rules (Rule 4:102-1, et
seq.). This case has not been included in the CBLP. Rather, this
case has been assigned to Complex Commercial under Case Track 4.
The case should proceed under Track 4.      No CBLP conference is
necessary because our case is not part of that program.
