FINAL JUDGMENT FOR EVICTION
On 1-27-22, a hearing was held on Plaintiff's Motion for Final Judgment of
Eviction for failure of the Defendant to put rent into the Court Registry in a timely
manner. The Plaintiff and the Defendant were present at the hearing. After testimony
was taken and evidence reviewed, the Court found that the Defendant was caught up on
the rent, but failed to put the rent into the Court Registry in a timely manner. The
Defendant and the Plaintiff agreed that as long as the Defendant paid attorney’s fees
and costs in the amount of $795.00 on or before 1-28-22, which the Defendant stated
she could and would, and paid her February 2022 rent when due, then the case would

be dismissed, but failure to do either would result in an order of eviction being entered
by the Court. As of 2-3-22, the $795.00 still has not been paid
WHEREFORE, It is ORDERED and adjudged that a Final Judgment for
Eviction is entered against the Defendants. The Plaintiff is awarded possession of
the property located at: 491 Mercury Avenue SE Apt. 108 Palm Bay, FL 32909 ,
and a Writ of Possession is to be issued forthwith.
It is further ORDERED and ADJUDGED that within 5 days from the date of
service of this Order/Judgment the Plaintiff shall:
1 Furnish a copy of this Order/Judgment to each self-represented party by U.
S. Mail, first class, postage paid;
And
2. File a certificate signed by counsel that delivery of this Order/Judgment has
been made as set forth hereto.
