Court for an order extending the time to respond to Defendant, TYPTAP INSURANCE
COMPANY's, (theInsurance Company), Initial Discovery Requests. In support ofthis motion the
Plaintiffs state as follows:

Discovery Requests.
2. Due to schedulingconflicts,the undersignedrespectfully
seeks an additional thirty
(30)days in which to adequatelyrespond to the Defendant's Discovery Requests.
3 Plaintiffs are not seekingto extend any other deadlines.
4. An extension oftime for the requested deadline will be sufficient to adequately file

5. Furthermore, an extension of the deadline will not prejudiceeither party.
