It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff Robert L. Moody, Jr. take nothing by his claims
against Trustee Irwin Herz, Jr., and that all remaining claims and causes of action asserted against
Trustee Herz are hereby DISMISSED with prejudice to refiling.
