This matter is before me on Defendant’s Motion to Compel. Defendant moves to compel
Plaintiff to respond to Defendant’s Interrogatories and Requests to Produce. The parties reached
an agreement and Plaintiff agreed to respond to Defendant’s discovery requests within 30 days of
the date of this Order.
Therefore, it is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that Plaintiff shall respond to Defendant’s
Interrogatories and Requests to Produce within 30 days of the date of this Order.
