By agreement of the parties, the Court hereby orders continuance of the upcoming hearing
date and establishes the following scheduling deadlines applicable to this matter:
(1) Hearing on Defendants’ Motion to Compel shall be continued by 60 days for
Plaintiff to provide discovery responses, meaning that the hearing shall be
rescheduled on or after November 1, 2023, if the Motion is not resolved prior to
that date;
(2) Mediation in this matter shall be completed on or before April 1, 2024; and
(3) The trial of this matter shall be scheduled to begin on or after June 15, 2024.
The Court finds this request is not being made in order to inordinately delay the trial of this
case, it is made in efforts to fully and fairly expedite the litigation process in this case in the
interests of justice and judicial economy. Based upon the consent of the parties and the need for
additional time for discovery and mediation, this Court agrees to the schedule set forth above.
