NOW COME Defendants, SAFIA BABIKER and KAMAL MOHIELDIN, as Movants
herein, and request leave of Court to substitute Scott M. Ruggiero for Lonnie Woods, Daniel
White and Gaylene Rogers Lonergan, as attorney of record for Defendants in the above-entitled
and numbered cause, and in support thereof, show the court the following:

Scott M. Ruggiero has been employed to represent Defendants, as evidenced by the
