I, Quintin Scott, being duly sworn on oath, depose and say:
Iam employed by Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC (“ 'S”). CPS performs collection services for Cavalry SPV 1, LLC. I aman
authorized representative for Cavalry SPV 1, LLC and am a competent person more than eighteen years of age. I am authorized to
make the statements in this affidavit.
am familiar with the method by which CPS, on behalf of Cavalry SPV I, LLC, creates and maintains business records pertaining to
the Account as defined below.
CPS, on behalf of Cavalry SPV I, LLC, maintains computerized account records and documents for account holders. CPS maintains
such records in the ordinary and routine course of business and it is the regular business practice of CPS to accurately record any
business act, condition or event onto the computer record maintained for each account. The entries are made at or very near the time
of any such occurrence,
Ihave access to and have reviewed the applicable business records CPS maintains on behalf of Cavalry SPV I, LLC as they relate to
the Account, and I make the statements in this Affidavit based upon information from that review. Information contained in those
records reflects the following:
That, STACEY A HALL, the “Account Holder”, opened an account on 01/08/2019, which account was charged off on 03/03/2020
(the “Account”).
That the Account was purchased by Cavalry SPV I, LLC on or about 05/28/2020 from Citibank, N.A.. Prior to Cavalry SPV I, LLC‘s
ownership of the account, the creditor was Citibank, N.A..
On 10/07/2021, the records CPS maintains on behalf of Cavalry SPV I, LLC showed that the Account Holder owed a balance of
$881.03.
Based on a review of the Department of Defense database, the Account Holder is/are not an active member of the United States
Armed Forces.

The undersigned, CAROLYN THOMAS , being duly sworn, states and deposes as follows:
1 That the Affiant is employed by Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”) in the position of
Document Control Officer and is duly authorized to make this Business Records
Affidavit on behalf of Citibank.
Attached hereto as Exhibit A are 46 pages of records from the business records of
Citibank for the account of Stacey A. Hall (“Accountholder”), account number
ending in 393 (“Account”).
1am familiar with the manner and method by which Citibank maintains its normal
business books and records, including computer records. These books and records
are made in the ordinary course of regularly conducted business activity (1) at or
near the time the events they purport to describe occurred, by a person with
knowledge of the acts and events, or (b) by a computer or other similar digital
means, which contemporaneously records an event as it occurs. To the extent that
the records for the loan in this matter were created by a prior entity, those records
have been verified for accuracy and incorporated into Citibank’s records in the
regular course of Citibank’s regularly conducted business activity. The contents of
this affidavit are believed to be true and correct based upon my personal knowledge
of the processes by which Citibank maintains its books and records.
The business records attached hereto as Exhibit A are duplicates and/or
representations of the original records and data except for (1) any marking intended
to identify the record as a copy and (2) any redaction intended to remove personal
identifying information of the Accountholder. Any monthly cardmember
statements attached hereto are true and accurate representations of the statements
provided to the Accountholder and accurately reflect the data relevant to the
Account in Citibank’s business records.
A Card Member Agreement (“CMA”), and any applicable changes in terms, is
attached as part of Exhibit A. Consistent with Citibank’s usual and customary
business practices, the CMA was provided to the Accountholder at the time
Citibank opened or acquired the Account. To the extent changes in terms were
necessary, Citibank provided those changes to the Accountholder via a separate
document. Consistent with the CMA, those changes then became part of the CMA.
The entire consolidated CMA relevant to this Account has been provided as part of
Exhibit A.
