ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
On this day, the Court considered the Motion to Withdraw of Counsel by Movant Simeon
Coker.
The Court finds that:
1. Good cause exists for withdrawal of Movant as counsel, and the withdrawal of
Movant is not sought for delay only.
2. Simeon Coker's difficulty communicating with Ramon Cervantes Jr constitutes
grounds for withdrawal.
3. Ramon Cervantes Jr consented to the withdrawal of Simeon Coker and the court
finds that no party incurs a detriment by allowance of this motion.
4. The current settings and deadlines are: Jury trial on 10/30/2023 9:00 AM.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Movant is permitted to withdraw as counsel of
record for Ramon Cervantes Jr and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all notices in this cause
shall hereafier be served on Ramon Cervantes Jr either delivered in person or sent by certified
and first class mail to the address in the motion.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Simeon Coker, Movant, immediately notify Ramon
Cervantes Jr in writing of any additional settings or deadlines of which Simeon Coker now has
knowledge and has not already notified Ramon Cervantes Jr.
