THIS CAUSE having come before the court, and the Court being advised of the premises and
having heard argument of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff’s Motion for Continuance is GRANTED
2. The April 10, 2023 Trial is now removed from the docket.
3. The expert disclosure deadlines shall be frozen and remain in place as outlined in this
Court’s Amended Order Setting Case for Jury Trial and For Pre-Trial Conference and
Requiring Matters to be Completed Prior to Pre-Trial, dated April 27, 2022.
4. The Court will reschedule the pretrial and trial dates by separate order, and all other
deadlines will be guided by said order.
