COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Courtney L. Mason (hereinafter “Plaintiff’), by and through
undersigned counsel and hereby files this Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Defendant’s
First Set of Interrogatories and First Request for Production, and as grounds states as follows:
1 Plaintiff requests additional time to respond to the Defendant’s First Set of
Interrogatories and First Request for Production.
2 The purpose of this motion is not to delay; it is in the interest of justice.
3 Defendant will not be prejudiced by the Court granting Plaintiff's Motion.
