Dear Counsel:
1 Sgt. Seth Gutierrez, United States Army, active duty, will be
vacating # 2 Stadium Drive, on or before August 31°* 2023, albeit ALL
your leases are void ab initio and will not support an eviction action or
any kind of monetary relief. You do not have to believe me, but in case
you don't, feel free to try again! (Leave him alone).
2 As you now know, Ramiro Rangel, and now a Siana Partee, have
both criminal and civil exposure for their actions at Imperial Lofts, and
I do believe that the Grand Jury will at some point bring criminal
charges against both of them if for no other reason than their contempt
for Texas Law. If you don’t believe me, feel free to bring another
