This case is referred to mediationHECTOR BUSTOS 95572042315 appointed mediator in
this case. All counsel/parties are ordered t0 contact the mediator within 5 business days of receipt
of this Order to arrange the logistics of mediation within the time Ordered herein.
This mediation is a mandatory settlement conference, conducted with the assistance of the
mediator. After mediation, the Court will be advised by the mediator only that the case did or did
not settle. The mediator shall not be a witness. and the mediator's records may not be subpoenaed
or used as evidence. No subpoenas. citations. writs. or other process shall be served at or near the
location of any mediation session 0n any person entering, leaving, or attending any mediation

It is further ordered that each party shall make payment to the Moderator/Mediator the
required fee for said mediation. Any and all additional fees shall be borne equally by the parties,
shallbe paid by the parties directly to the Moderator/Mediator and may be taxed as costs ofcourt.
Each party (or an authorized person with authority to settle the case) shall attend the mediation in
person.
Each party and counsel will be bound by any rules furnished by the mediator and shall
complete and supply all information requested by the mediator.
This case needs to be mediated prior to the Pre Trial Hearing set for OCTOBER 17th ,
20 22 at 8:30 am .
