Plaintiff, First Niagara Bank, National Association, moves this Honorable Court for an Order
canceling the Clerk's Sale scheduled in the above-referenced cause and in support thereof, would state as
follows:
1 The Final Judgment of Foreclosure was entered on July 18, 2017 in favor of Plaintiff and Clerk's sale is
scheduled to take place on July 12, 2021.
Plaintiff is requesting a cancellation of the sale to allow it additional time to further evaluate this case for
foreclosure avoidance opportunities.
No party in interest shall be prejudiced by the proposed canceling of the sale.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court for an Order canceling the Clerk's Sale
in the above-referenced action.
