      ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF TRO—X. L.P.’S MOTION FOR PROTECTION
         Before the Court is Plaintiff   TRO-X, L.P. (“TRO-X”) Motion for Protection from

Defendant’ s Subpoena Duces Tecum and Deposition by Written Questions Duces Tecum to Third

Parties Arabella Exploration, Inc. and Jason Hoisager (collectively, the “Third Parties”) filed on

August 19, 2022. Defendant Eagle Oil & Gas Co. (“Eagle”) served notices and subpoenas to take

depositions by written questions and for the production of documents to the Third Parties. Having

reviewed the Motion and pleadings on file, the Court hereby grants the Motion for Protection.

         Pursuant to Tex. R. Civ. P. 176.6(e), 176.7, 192.6, 192.3(a), and 192.4, the Court hereby

orders that Arabella Exploration, Inc. and Jason Hoisager are protected from and shall not respond

to   Eagle’s Subpoena Duces Tecum and Deposition by Written Questions Duces Tecum to Third

Parties Arabella Exploration, Inc. and Jason Hoisager.
