admissible evidence on file, and the arguments of counsel, the Court is of the opinion that TRO-
X’s Motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS SO ORDERED that the hearing on Defendant Eagle Oil & Gas Co.’s (“Eagle” or
“Defendant”) Motion for Traditional Summary Judgment on Statute of Limitations and Laches is
