                                At   avirtual conference on 31912023 with counsel for Plaintifl Kenneth Mangano,
                         the Court was informed that the pro se Defendant, Louis Uvino was recently released from
                         incarceration. Mr. Mangano and his staff have attempted to locate Mr. Uvino to no avail.
                         Most recently, Mr. Mangano's office sent a letter to Mr. Uvino's Parole.Officer, K. Reid
                         advising Reid that a preliminary conference was scheduled with the Court, which lefter
                         provided the date, time, Microsoft Teams meeting ID number and passcode for the virtual
                         conference. Attached to the letter was a copy of the notice email from the Cout stating that
                         an appearance was required at the conference on behalf of Defendant Uvino. Mr.
                         Mangano's office fbllowed up with P.O. Reid by telephone and email but P.O. Reid did not
  e                      respond to either.
                                 In order to move this case forward. the Court suggested that Mr. Mangano send a
  o                      copy olthis Short Form Order to P.O. Reid to encourage P.O. Reid to get in contact with

                         Mr. Mangano and provide him with Mr. Uvino's last known address. Mr. Mangano agreed
                         to send the Order to P.O. Reid and to make further attempts to otherwise locate Mr. Uvino.

                         either located Mr. Uvino or exhausted all attempts to locate him.
