Rule 233 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, that the Motion is hereby GRANTED, and

Plaintiffs Jerry Webb, B. Craig Webb, Stephen Herbel, Herbel Family Interests,   LLC (“fl”) are

hereby limited during jury selection to a total of six (6) preemptory challenges for the Plaintiffs

side.
