          An application having been made on behalf of defendant, MICHELLE Y. LAWRENCE,

for an Order pursuant to CPLR §602 consolidating this action with the related case of Laquise

Newman v. Michelle Y. Lawrence and Michelle Santos Dutchess Supreme Court Index Number

051459/2020 for purposes of joint trial and joint discovery; and

          No party having indicated any opposition to the motion in either related case; and

          A Stipulation to Consolidate this matter with Index 2020-51459               signed by all parties

having been submitted to the Court on January 20, 2021; it is hereby

          ORDERED,           that the application of defendant MICHELLE Y. LAWRENCE                  pursuant to

CPLR      §602 consolidating this action with the related case of Laquise Newman                  v. Michelle Y.

Lawrence       and    Michelle      Santos,   Dutchess   Supreme   Court   Index   Number   051459/2020       for

purposes of joint trial and joint discovery is granted without opposition in both related actions;

and
IT IS FURTHER             ORDERED,      that the caption of the two related actions shall read as

follows:
