. Pargo's business recor!s for mortgage loans. In connection with this affidavit, I have
servicing making
acquired personal kno yledge of the matters stated herein by examining Wells Fargo's business records.
3. I have personal knoWÏedge of Wells Fargo's record keeping practices and procedures including .
but not limited to creation, maintenance, storage, and retrieval of its business records. Wells Fargo's
records include data compilaftons, electronically imaged docutnents, and other computerized and paper
records, which are made at or near the time of the transaction, by persons with knowledge of the
transaction who have a business duty to make such records.
4. It is Wells Fargo's standard practice in its mortgage servicing business to make and rely on these
records, and store them in th,e ordinary course of its regularly conducted business activity.
5. Timothy J. Stramba and Robin L. Stramba executed a Promissory Note dated February 13, 2004
in the amount of $57,350.0Ò. As security for the payment of the Promissory Note, limothy J. Stramba
and Robin U. Stramba executed and delivered a Mortgage in the amount of $57,350.00.
6. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is m possession of the Promissory Note. The Promissory Note was
indorsed in blank. I confir A that Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. had possession of the Promissory Note on
