Zamarripa and La Energia Nortena, LLC (“Plaintiffs”) Motion to Dismiss with
Prejudice in the above-entitled and numbered cause.
The Court, having considered same, finds that said Motion should be and
hereby is GRANTED.
It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that all claims and causes of
action, which have been or could have been brought, including those asserted by
Plaintiffs against Defendant Moises Cuevas, Jr. in this case shall be dismissed with
prejudice and that any costs of Court, attorney’s fees, and expenses shall be borne by
the party incurring same.
