I91 ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT ORDER GRANTING DENNIS J. ROGERS, II’S IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM CUSTODY On this day, the Court considered Defendant Dennis J. Rogers, Il’s Emergency Motion to be Released from Custody (“Motion for Release”). After considering the Motion for Release, the Court finds it in the interest of justice to grant same. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Rogers’ Motion for Release is GRANTED. ACCORDINGLY, it is ORDERED that: a. Defendant Dennis J. Rogers II, Inmate No. 210413154, who is currently incarcerated at the Suzanne Kays South Tower Jail in Dallas County, Texas, be released from custody IMMEDIATELY; and that Defendant Dennis J. Rogers shall COMPLETELY RESPOND to all outstanding post—judgment discovery by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2021 BY 5PM CST OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH PLAINTIFFS THAT THE DISCOVERY IS NOT REQUIRED.
