to enter default entered on March 9, 2021, the defaultjudgment entered on November
4, 2021, the Certificate of Facts RE Unsatisfied Judgment issued on August 4, 2022 and
Quash WRIT that was issued on April 18, 2023 in the above-entitled case pursuant to
Code of Civil Procedure § 473 on the grounds that the default, default judgment and
WRIT were taken against said defendant due to his mistake and surprise as more fully
shown in the declaration of Ubaldo Villapudua attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
