Motion is of the opinion and finds the Unopposed Motion should be in all things
GRANTED.
It is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Defendant’s Motion
to Transfer Venue is GRANTED in all things and that this cause, Cause No. DC-23-
02721 is hereby TRANSFERRED to a District Court of Wichita County, Texas.
It is further ORDERED ADJUDGED and DECREED that the District Clerk of
Dallas County shall cause a transcript to be made containing all pleadings and orders
in this cause, certify it under the official seal of the Court, and send the transcript along
with all original papers in this cause to the County Clerk of Wichita County, Texas, for
