COME NOW, MARIA DEL ROCIO GARCIA DE OLVERA, Plaintiff herein, and
request this Court to enter the scheduling order and it this record Plaintiff would show.
1. A TDCC was held on October 05, 2022
2. Recently after the paralegal in charge of this case left our employment, a file
review was conducted, and it was discovered that the Agreed Scheduling Order was
not entered.
3. Plaintiff contacted the Defendants’ Attorney they failed to responsed. Plaintiff
unilateral filed a proposed order. The Defendant Attorney then communicated with the
Plaintiffs’ office and objected.
4. After a serious of communication an agreement could not be reached.
Plaintiff is requesting the attached Scheduling Order to be entered.

5. The Defendant unilaterally filed their proposed Scheduling Order also.
